This course examines the role of human behaviour and leadership in organizational effectiveness, with particular emphasis on communication processes. It explores how individuals, groups, and leaders interact within organizations and how communication influences motivation, culture, decision-making, conflict management, and change. The course equips students with leadership and communication competencies essential for managing people and organizational dynamics in contemporary institutions.
